good kill today
driving down the road on my way to work today. just about to get on the freeway, see this white sports car approaching, but he's in the #1 lane so i dont think much of it. then he wants to be an a-hole. cuts in front of me just as i'm about to enter the onramp (big circle style). as i'm on the ramp i reach up and put it on pl3 on the quad module. as we approach the freeway it opens up a bit, no traffic coming up. so i stomp on it in 5th and see the little puff of carbon come out of his tailpipe indicating he's on the gas also. he starts to pull just a bit so i start to get a little worried. then the turbo spools up and i start gaining on him, then shift to 6th and go around him to the left lane... best part is i can hear his engine winding out..... look over at his car and his wife/girlfriend is looking away in shame with her head down and hand over her face.. he had this look on his face like "how can this be possible" as i drive right on by. within a few seconds i was about 100 feet in front of him, gave him the what happened hand gesture and he slows waaaaay down. i let off about 90 or so with a big grin......
the kill---- about a 2003 or so acura tl type s
called my wife and said "hey honey, my truck can beat your acura tl cuz i just spanked the performance model" granted my wifes is newer, but still..

I can give quite a few people the ******* with my stock '03. It really fools 'em when I'm towing our tank trailer!
Not that I do such things very often as they aren't good for mileage/longevity.

First off nice kill
An Acua TL type S is not a ricer and I havent seen too many "boy's" racing their $40,000 Acura. It's a very nice ride that built really well.

slow6spd--- it was the previous body style to that tl, not sure what year they made them. my wife's 06 is pretty **** fast though... been pulled over 4 times in it... luckily i was in uniform on my way home. always happens on my friday for some reason. one time, one of the chippie's said "do you know how fast you were going", my reply was "have you ever driven one of these?", luckily i had coffee with the guy about 30 minutes prior to getting stopped and he recognized me....
