Hello all am looking for a shop near chapel hill, NC to do repairs on my 96 2500
I think i need a new head gasket. I continue to have a leak after changing out the water pump and the stuck thermostat, housing(x2). Leak is coming from the front on the engine passenger side under the thermostat housing. Only an exterior leak but seems to increase with increased power. sounds like this is a common leak area from posts. I am going to go through and check the torque on the head bolts. other than that I really do not have time to attempt taking off the head to replace gasket. So long of short I need to find someone to do repair(upgrade valve springs and seals) in the chapel hill/raleigh/durham/greensboro area on NC. Also would love to put some govenor springs in while it is out. thanks for any imput. chris
