Glacier Diesel Walbro kit, 2micron and bigline installed.

I have to give props to Richard on making such an awesome kit. The directions are superb with very good pictures. All the little bolts and things are packaged in a sealed bag with seperate compartments and is very easy to inventory before you start. I guess I'm just extremely impressed with the quality of the kits. The bracket on the 2micron kit is powdercoated and looks really sharp too. Runs a solid 17lbs without any tuning or anything. Once I get my metal fuel filter cap and a new 60lb gauge, I'm gonna crank it to 40lbs of pressure.

Special thanks to masonic-dodge and John P for the help in getting this installed. You guys are awesome.

I guess you had no problems on the way home.

I'm going to start on your TWINS soon- do you still want all your pipes powder-coated RED?

Richard at GDP as the best fuel kit on the market I have put several on and have had no problems at all. Its the only fuel kit I would put on a truck, mine is turned up to 43psi and with all my mods it only drops 3psi at WOT!!!!

Thanks Richard for all your help.

I made it in just fine. I was wondering about the boots in my kit. I think they are blue. If they are, I don't know if I want to combine red and blue. Maybe I should just go with a deep blue? We could powdercoat the red piece in my 3micron kit blue also. Ah heck, look at everything and just surprise me.

I hear that redwing makes a nice set of boots but I think they only come in brown or black.

Your going to pick out the colors not me.

Okay then, If the boots are blue, we'll do a deep blue. If they are black, lets go red.

Good choice, red is to loud for your silver truck(IMO). The boots are blue, I'm on the phone with Cris right now.

The kit has 2 boots that are 3"dia X 4"long and 2 boots that are 4"dia X 4" long. As Chris said they are blue, but if you want red boots they easy to find. The cold pipe is 2 piece, but after we get your parts back from john I'd like to weld the 2 pipes together to make the cold pipe 1 piece like mine and get rid of one of the 3" boots (I think it will look better)

I went through the kit and all the parts seem be there.

Cris, you don't need to break your neck working on my kit. Just whatever you think looks good just as long as they still fit properly. I figured the two piece thing might be easier for us to install. Colorwise, I'll just go with a dark blue, its my favorite color.

Again, thanks for everything.

Keegan, Don't worry about how much time I spend on your TWINS, thats my way to have fun. I just think that a 1 piece cold pipe will look much better then a 2 piece with a boot and 2 clamps sitting right next to your battery

Brett and I are going to do one of your pipes in mirror blue this week to see how its going to look. You know me and my computer don't get along, but I'll try to get a picture for you and everyone else to see.

You think my TWINS look good, I'll make yours look that good or better Then you can get a tag that says "BLUBYU" for your truck

It could still end up red, I'm sure. Depends on Cris's mood.

Cris,

My next two long weekends are the 27th thru 30th of this month and the 10th-13th of next month. That's as far as my schedule goes right now. I guess the dragstrip will be shutdown by then, huh? Man, that sure was alot of fun the other night!

John p is coming by tomorrow afternoon so we can put his MP8 on his 06. Brett wants to do some powder coating at the same time, we will try the blue on one of the pipes from your TWINS I know that Chris wants to see what that blue is going to look like.

We will let you know how it turns out.
