Question Where to get RV275's

Where is the best place to get RV275s I cant seem to locate them on the net. I have found other injectors though and wonder should I just go with a +50hp style injector and a Edge EZ for modest gains!
Oh yeah 2001 CTD 6SPD, 66k miles, BHAF and straight pipe. silencer MIA

I bought mine off Ebay. Cost me about $300 shipped. They were a great addition with the comp. Lots of controllable power and additional economy.

You have to remember, the 275's are not a custom injector, but are a stock ISB275 injector. They are a standard part.

Good source for 275s is City Diesel. No need to take a chance with shady Ebay seller. They even match prices, I hear.

Piers is a good place. They also set/match the injector pressure to proper spec's. so you get a calibrated set. Most stock injectors are all over the place new.

I bought a set of the Bosio RV275-300 nozzels here http://www.kermatdi.com/ I havent had them put in yet. But I can tell you Many have claimed them to be supperior to the bosh units in the VW TDI's And the TDR tested them and found them more efficient than the factory bosh units in the CTD. I Once cross posted a post from the TDI page to the TDR on a photo factory tour of the family owned bosio fratelli factory and it was very impressive with the state of the art machinery full filling the hi demand for quality EDM injector nozzels. Once I get mine in with some time on em, I'll post the new mpg's.

I just checked the Bosio site, keep in mind, that price is for the tips(nozzles) only, and not the entire unit injector.

That means, once removing the stock injectors from your engine, you then will have to replace the stock tips on each injector assembly with the new tips, and then reinstall the old injector assemblies with new tips back in the engine.

I believe Bosch RV275's and Don M.'s EDMs are sold as entire unit injector assemblies.
