Generator adjustment Screw?

My new generator works great! It "Pulsates" ever so slightly but noticeable. I read online where there is an adjustment screw you can tweek to smooth it out? I called manufacturer and they said normal and after a couple tanks of gas it will loosen up and run smoothly. Isin't there an adjustment screw I can tweek a little? I had to do the same thing to my water pump in the trailer and it worked wonders! THankS!

I'd give it a little time. Put a small space heater on it for a load for a while so it can break in. My little 3500 did the same thing at first but settled down as I loaded it. Even after 250 hours it still has that slight surge when it is really cold out...-10 F but as soon as I load it, it smooths out.
