The fuel system is bypassed you remove the filter mounted pump and install their billet adapter and the new lines goes off of that to the new Walbro pump. Easy to install don't worry.

as long as fuel cell has return line and pick-up line you are good. Should be no problems. The pump mounts on the frame. You then mount the billet adapter on the filter canister and run your rubber hoses. Real basic set up. Kit also comes with the wires to power pump off old pumps power connecter.

Usually your return line is smaller than the pick-up line. The pick-up line is 3/8" and the return usually 1/4" or 5/16". The pick-up usually is always bigger of two.
