Gauges making wierd noise when truck is cranked??

Please help! The gauges are bottoming out and making a noise when I initially crank the truck in the morning and will do the same thing if I turn it off and on at that time. Subsequent cranking after driving the short distance to work does not illicit the same response. This all began after not using the truck for about a week. I have also noticed if I go on an extended trip, the following day, it doesn't make the noise upon cranking but will the day following. Any ideas?

Check your batteries to make sure they aren't going belly-up.

Mine did that last week and it was a bad battery so I put two new ones in it and solved the issue! Hope this helps!

Also make sure your ground is good for the gauges. May be getting some interference.
