Best price on fuel shut off solenoid I've seen is on Larry B's site. I think they are $120. Google FosterTruck for his site. I wouldn't recommend putting on used electronics. There's no way of telling how worn they are. Also, make sure it's not the fuel shutoff relay or a bad connection on the fuseable link at the battery. Unless they are sticky (in which case they can be cleaned and put back into service) solenoids usually either work or they don't. Intermittent problems generally point to something else.

for a solenoid, try your local Bobcat dealer. part number 6681513

Usually around 100 bucks, give or take, direct bolt in, plug and play

Definitely check your relay. Mine was doing same thing and tested and the relay appeared to be working ok with a volt meter but jumped the solenoid with a wire to the battery and it clicked up. Got a relay from Larry B and all is good. I did take my solenoid apart and clean it and replaced my torn up boot while I was there.

I installed a manual fuel control also. It is similar to the one pictured but mine has a small round **** and has about a 1.5-2" travel. In my installation I pull on and push off. Cost about $8.00 at AutoZone. It works great.

Here's the bracket I made. The two holes bolt right onto the fuel shutoff lever.

This one's not a great picture, but you can sorta see how it's installed. I cut some of the original solenoid bracket away in order to install my bracket.

I would put a spring from the arm to a hole on the outside bottom of the throttle bracket. Helps with the return on the arm to start. Check the photos on how I did it. Best
