Fuel Rail Caps

Fuel Rail Caps
all right,
who make a fuel rail cap that is available?
- Diesel Power sells one but they are back ordered on parts, with no real ETA
- FloorIt has one in prototype form, but it is apparently not ready for general sale
- I'm not having too much luck finding a simple freaking 14x1.5 bolt of satisfactory quality to stick in my valve body.
so, any suggestions?
Thanks.

not sure what type of bolt i used but i just tapped the inside of the banjo bolt and loc tited a bolt inside of it making it solid. just had to cut it off flush with the bottom of the banjo. had that for a year with lots of pressure and no problems.

thanks for the info - I think it's www.nadp.CA though. They don't mention them on the web site, but I'll try to give them a ring.
Thanks again.

I agree a 14mmx20mm bolt can be a pain to find. I had to go to a nuts and bolts place in Missoula, Montana (I was on vacation seeing family) I think the company was Montana Bolt. If you look you can find one.
Why does everyone think a cryogenic, ultra-machined, fancy pants bolt is necessary? Spark plugs see much higher pressure and don't seem to leak very often or fly out like missiles.

I talked to the guys at NADP, but they are out of a fitting for the kit, about 3 weeks before getting them in. bummer.
I just got another P0251 code this morning.
I have aslo been searching for a 14mm x 1.5 bolt, and man, those are apparently made of unobtainium in a 10.9 grade. I found only one place in california that has them, in 25mm length. I am waiting for them to get in the office to call and see when I can get them. I'd like to get this resolved before next weekend as I need to tow the race car about 6 hours to a race track, and I'd hate to get stranded.

I have the Floor It one. When I bought it last week, they had lots for sale. It looks just like the rail pressure relief valve, but it's a solid hunk of steel. It retains all the stock fuel return fittings.
Yeah, I could have bought a cheap bolt, but this makes everything underhood look stock. We all spend tons of money anyway modifying our trucks with mods that aren't "needs" without batting an eyelash anyway so why agonize over searching for a metric bolt when one phone call can have something that looks sweet and works? The price wasn't all that bad either.
