You have quite a few choices. Glacier Diesel makes a couple of kits for your truck, both mechanical and electric. FASS has a kit and I believe the MITUSA (OPIE) has a mechanical that will work for you. Do some searching on these names and you will have to make a choice. Everyone has their favorite, mine being the Glacier 392comp.

Any kit you add you will more than likely need to drop it. You cant pull fuel through the current lift pump.

I find it easier to remove the bed just a couple plugs, 8 bolts, ground strap and a fuel filler hose. Plus your not workin on your back on the ground. Any truck newer than a 04 i believe has the intank LP, in which an aftermarket pump cant pull through it so it has to have it's on suction tube.

But if you are doing it alone, you cant pull the bed with one person....

True, unless you have a lift, skidloader, but can be done with people.

the added psi will be going to your cp3..not directly to your injectors so they are fine. the billet fuel lid has a port for obtaining a fp reading...its good for like 40 psi or less...i might be way off, i dont really remember.

I have yet to decide but am leaning towards the same GDP gfs392.

Not to jack your thread but rather than starting a new one on the same subject....

two questions,

Is the F/W seperator suggested (is the stock filter housing and functionality sufficient)

And, i noticed that the FASS has built in fuel heater. Any benefits to this - has anyone had issues with the GDP product in the winter?

The stock lid will work fine up to about 30. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ABOVE 30 without the GENOS billet cap.

As rusty said, the lift pump feeds the cp3 (stock of about 9 psi GDP feeds 21 to it) then the cp3 boosts the pressure to the injectors between 7000-27000 psi.

For the cp3 to stay healthy you need a constant flow of greater than 5 psi to the cp3. My quad race box would draw the stock lp down to almost 0.
