Fuel Pump ?

I'm relatively new to the 24v and from the way it looks I should get a FASS, Airdog, Raptor, etc before I start doing anything else. Ultimately I'm planning on a Quadzilla Adrenaline and maybe some 75-100hp injectors someday down the road. What pump is the best bang for the buck? Also, will 100 GPH be ok or will I need to go 150 GPH? Thanks

My vote is for the Fuel Boss... crank driven mechanical pump.

If that is as far as your planning on going Adrenaline and 100 sticks a 100 gph should cover you, 100 gph should support 500-550 Hp.

I have had a 99 and went with a GDP Walbro set up which comes with 1/2" fuel lines...it supplied a rock solid 19 psi when adjusted with the regulator (it could be increased or decreased to your needs but I would not reccomend going over 20 psi) problem is your can still get the GDP "BIG LINE" kit but you can not get the walbro pump included anymore. They are very common and can be had on Ebay all day long. Around 100 for the pump and the Big line kit I dont know but shouldnt be that much maybe another 150 or so (I would guess)

Now on my 2001.5 I am running a Raptor 100 gph. I love it... It comes with the lines and hardware to install and is very easy to install. It is adjustable as well with the pressure needed and right out of the box it is set to 14-15 psi ( I havent needed to increase it WOT I have yet to pull it to 10 psi)

Dont worry about the filtration of the others that are more expensive our trucks and 12V's dont really need it...a Common Rail Yea but our trucks are made to run on dirty fuel (realitivly) I run a 7 micron fuel filter and change it every 10k miles and dont worry about it.
