I don't know what you would be making with the FASS, but I have mine set at about 36psi with my Walboro, so I would think you want the 60psi gauge.

Omaharam - Is the Glacier kit easily adjustable? I am trying to find a kit to keep between 35-40 psi to the cp3. I see you have yours adjusted to 36. Does it keep 36 psi constant or does it fluctuate from idle to WOT?

Also when you bouth the 392 how many of the 'extras' did you buy to go with the 392?

0-60 Just to be safe. I got the autometer 0-100 not that I needed it that much but I think they only offer 0-25 or 0-100.

The way the pressure is adjusted is with an inline check valve that is in the return line to the tank. You simply shim the spring according to what you want your pressure to be. I put mine in the way it was shipped and had about 25psi, so I added shims to get to where I'm at. The shims come with the kit. I don't know how much it flucuates. My guage is the filter mount so I can only see it while stopped - don't really know what it does under load at WOT, but I do have a rail gauge and so I know I am getting enough fuel to the cp3. I also did the big line kit from the filter housing to the cp3. I did the 2 micron filter set up as well, but didn't buy it from GDP. I bought the head mount and filter from cummins and the hose and barbs from a local supplier and spent less than $50 total.

Dan Marino....I have the Walbro as well set to 25 psi and an Isspro fuel pressure gauge in the cab. The only time I can pull it down from 25 psi is when I floor it from a complete stop. (No boosted launch) Even then it barely drops to 24 but recovers extremely quick. Best pump I have ever used.

What about the stock filter cap? I've heard that it doesn't fair to well with high fuel pressures.

Hmm, maybe off base alittle - I just found out through a phone call that I might have just what I need right now. Gotta do some more testing.
35-40 psi might be overkill.

So far, so good for me. I think if I were to go over 30psi at idle I would change it.

Where do you get one that will hold more than 35 psi?

Genos garage sells a billet lid, HOWEVER, I am running 36psi and still have the stock plastic lid.
