newsflash plumber can't find where diesel leak is coming from!!!! It appears to be coming from the backside of the block. Anyone have any ideas where it could be coming from???

If you put your hand between the fire wall and the back of the head you will feel another return line. The way I understand this line lets any fuel bypassing the injector tube or injector to return to the tank. This line comes off of the head and into a tee at the return fuel line from the injection pump. Mine started leaking. Gasket on the Banjo bolt was the problem.

Your lp is mounted near the back of the block behind the fuel filter. If you took out the mounting bolts for the FF you should be able to to a good visual inspection. If its not leaking at the fuel filter or lift pump then its gotta be the return line

i had a leak at the elbow on the rubber line coming from the fuel pump to the filter housing.
