Fuel gauge not reading correctly
Yes, I tried the search function. No joy...
I remember seeing a thread about a replacement for the float/module thing on the fuel tank. Can't find that thread. Maybe a GENO's Garage product???
Ring a bell w/anybody?

It's likely your sending unit is bad........this is a common problem with our trucks. Not a technically difficult swap, but you'll have to either drop the tank, or lift the bed, whichever is easier for you.

I really dread doing either. I was hoping if there was an aftermarket replacement set up for everything I'd just buy it and be done with it. Seems like I read somewhere how it's common for the floats in this series of truck deteriorates also...
