front spring question

I am getting ready to buy a ranchhand front bumper for my truck, and was just wondering how to tell what springs I have in the front of my truck. I was wondering this because I'm not sure if I should use the stock springs or replace them with something different, and if I were to replace them, what should I get and where is a good place to get them from?

Thanks,
Josh

I put one on mine and didnt notice a difference. Now i didnt measure it but those prings are pretty heavy duty to hold up that cummins. If you need a little more after you get the bumper on put a leveling kit on it. Look here, they are chaep and simple to install.http://www.topguncustomz.com/Store/products.php?S_ID=57
