Front Spring Change
On my 97 2500, I was thinking of changing the front springs
to the tag #047 2036lb.
I think this would help a bit with the truck being an xtra cab,
being loaded with tools in the crossover box, and having an 8' plow on it.
Anyone ever put these springs in?
The installed height is the same, deflection is different.
I am more concerned with carrying all this weight than ride quality.
Being a coil spring, I don't think the ride is going to be all that bad.
Just looking for input, wondering how much it's gonna raise the front of the truck.
Is this going to be enough spring?

Re:Front Spring Change
www.summitracing.com has some springs that are for leveling our trucks...with that plow and tools, it might be what you are looking for. Several in the northwest have used them and like them. I think they are around 150 dollars.
