Front End Alignment Question

I replaced my tie rods this weekend, and took the truck in for an alignment. When I left, I noticed that the steering wheel is not exactly center, but the truck drives good.

Will I mess up the alignment if I adjust the adjusting sleve on the drag link next to the pitman arm to re-center the steering wheel?

Yeah, take it back. Why would a shop even expect you to be happy with that?
