Front drive shaft lube experience
I read all the posts about lubing the front drive shaft and was able to do it yesterday. What I learned:
Use a regular cheap grease needle (the sharp kind) and file it down so it isn't as sharp.
Don't use the NAPA dispenser needles. They are expensive, and the tip broke easily off before I got to use it. Also, the diameter is rather large, and may not fit far enough into the fitting.
Use a grease hose extension.
Grease cartridges will not fit all grease guns (i.e. Powerbuilt). It took me a couple trips to the store to figure this one out. Ended up hand packing the gun.
