Has anyone ever heard of Dodge putting a Dana 61 in the front of a 89 Ctd. Sold one to a kid could of sworn up and down it was a 60 now he's telling me it's not. Threw a curve at me. Jethrro

Dana 61?

Never heard of such an animal. But of course I'm no expert either!

I know on mine it's cast into the center section. I believe it reads "60F"

Dana 61 and 71 are the axles with the 3.07's. Those axles are 727 equipped. They switched to Dana 60 and 70 with 3.54's and the A518 w/ OD.
