I have a 95 3500 2wd, that rides like a tank, and squats in the front end, thanks to my Firestone AirBags on the back. I would like to put a fresh set of taller (1.5-2in) springs on the front. Anyone know of someplace to get something like that?

Sure you could go with a stock but 4X4 spring, they are a little taller, and have more rate. Or go tho Skyjacker and use one of there replacement lifted springs, thou It might be a bit to much. Also if you just want to resore some of the height lost thru sag, see if a spring spacer will work, they are 2". I run a Daystar poly spacer.

The springs from 4x4 will not work on a 2wd truck,and the 2inch spring spacer is only for a 4x4.

Why won't the stock 4x4 springs work? They to tall or to big-a-round? To me they should work. I guess if you want to restore it to factory, go buy factory replacement springs.

Ok looked a little deeper into it, spacers are out, and 4x4 springs are also. But FabTech suspensions mak a 3" taller spring for there 2wd lift kit. If you are adventurus, you might try it, with list it for the 1500 only. But I have tryed some of there products that were not listed for use with mine and it worked out??? Good luck

why are spacers out? Daystar makes a 2wd Spacer. Part number KC09103...

this was my plan too...unless someone can find me a cheap dana 60, so i can convert it to 4wd...

Daystar makes 3 sizes of spacer for these trucks... 1.5", 2" and 2.5" ... if you go ober 1.5" you'll need to lift the rear also or it'll throw your caster out past the adjustment limits... which in turn throws out your camber and toe... Every time you change the attitue of the truck it throws the aligmnet out... wider rims and tires, lift kits, air bags, etc. It's why the factory setting is slightly cambered in... because the alignmnet is set so that if you're towing it won't EAT the tires... If you're liek me, you dont' tow or haul a lot... so I asked my alignment guy (it's about the only thing I won't do myself) to set it a little lighter on the camber... I was replacing tires every 40,000 instead of 60+ like my other truck... ANYWAY... I know that daystar makes 3 sizes of spring spacer for these pickups.... BUT I'd recomend getting springs from skyjacker isntead. My buddy has them and his truck rides WAY nicer than mine... he also got billstein shocks while I'm on heckethorns... UGH!!! I got what I paid for and so did he...

I put in 1.5" daystar spacers 4 years ago and have had no problems.
Had it aligned at Les Schwab when I got new tires installed and tires are
wearing perfect.
