fp and tranny temp ??

just like everyone else who has bought gauges i have a question. i bought my gauge and mount from wildcat and they sent me the gauge a valve an elbow some ss hose and a banjo bolt now is that all i will need to install i bought the isspro mechanical fp gauge. now i hear alot of guys talking about a isolator. and i am kinda thrown off. so do i need that of do i just hook what i got up and go?

on my tranny temp gauge will that line work on my 01? and if so will that fit the isspro sender?
by the way i'm a rookie at this stuff can you tell? hehe

Ok Mk4288 I’ll try to help. The isolator is for those guys who don’t want fuel in the cab. Depending on the inspection laws in your state whether or not you can pass a safety inspection. Here where I live it all depends on where you take it, some will pass it some won’t.
The banjo bolt replaces the one at the VP44. The valve is used to dampen the pulses out of the pump (once installed just open it enough to get a pressure reading).
For the tranny I got a cross over line from an earlier model and put my sensor there. It will be the 3rd picture in my gallery. Here is the part number. Dodge part# 5011244-aa /tube oil 7014002 @$106.00.

oh okay that makes sense well i am just running fuel into the cab so i don't need it i think i am going to go with the dodge tranny line. i think that will be an easier install. thanks billg
