fluid capacities

Can someone tell me what the fluid capacities are for the rear diff (LS), and 5sp manual tranny on my '03? I'm sure I looked everywhere in my manual, but couldn't find the info. Gonna drain 'em soon and put in Amsoil. Thanks

Re:fluid capacities

These numbers are from the factory shop manual

NV4500---3.8L (8.0 pts.)---AKA 5-speed
11 1/2"AA---3.62L (7.65 pts.)--- the 10 1/2 inch American Axle was only behind 47RE

cooling system= 29.5 quarts
front axel=4.75 pints
transfer case=3-4 pints depends on which kind.

BTW the Trani and rear both come with synthetics from the factory I do agree amsoil is probably better than mopars synthetics (castrol?)
