First run of the spring!

today was opening test and tune day at my local drag strip! it has been a long winter!! was only about 40 deg. out and the wind was blowing out of the north northwest which was pretty good for me! this is the first time i have taken my truck to the strip since all the mods i have in my sig!! man what a blast!!! really hooked up well in 4x4 and just slingshotted me out of the hole!!! i had everybody and everybodies brother come up to me and ask "what the heck have u done to this thing" i just told them a few minor adjustments and u havent seen nothing yet!!!!! i never got a good time do to all the smoke messed up there lights! my last run was 13.7 at 97.4mph which i still dont think is right at all! should be low 14's from reading about some other peoples truck with about the same mods as me. i guess ill just have to put stacks on my truck to solve that problem i only got 3 runs in the track guys came over to me and told me i was to fast and had to have a helmet which i didnt so i went home man i had a blast!!! all here Andy

What kind of boost are you launching at? I am gonna try my hand at it soon. I figure about 12-15 is a good number to start with. Also what rpm does your tranny shift at? Thanks Tim

Drag racing is a blast.

13.7 is pretty quick. Enough to run with Stangs and Camaros.
