My idea of a dyno meet is probably going to be about April before it will happen, March I'm hoping the weather will agree for whatever weekend we pick and we'll have a trip to a shooting range.
As for this month I'm open to suggestions.
We can meet for a meal, meet at someone's house and work on trucks and or cook out, use Gasgano's idea and hang out in Wal-mart or....?

Still don't understand why Randy hasn't ever invited us out to his ranch to work on our trucks in his nice big shop

Perhaps he has a secret project going on that he doesn't want us to know about. [whistle]

Ha. Ha. Hahahaha thats a good one.
I got no money for a secret project and my old dodge hasnt moved in a month. I keep looking at it and thinking about jumping it off--just hasn't happened yet. I'd love to have a meet here but seems like there is always something torn apart in the shop. welding trailer in pieces right now, a lawn mower with a bad engine, and fencing tools scattered everywhere. Maybe when we get cleaned up again...

We can do a 'clean-up-randys-shop-so-we-can-use-it' get together.
We can all work together to tidy up a bit then use the clean space to turn some wrenches.

Haha, that will probably take a weekend in itself.
Alright our March meet will be on the 14th in Alvarado for some sled and dyno spectating with North Texas #8

sounds good, but what to do this month? Randys' clean up? We could still do the mpg drive that I brought up a while back? Or we could see if we can rent out the dirt oval for a few hours?

I'm in southern CA right now, so close to the border, I could spit across it. But anyway, I should be in town for something this month and next. I def. need to get out that way to meet up again, I'll be in and out of Stephenville from Dublin to FW.

Dawson I'm sorry to hear that [laugh]
Also is anyone interested in giving Jordan a hand putting springs on his ranch truck this weekend?
Jordan5687

Yeah, anyone interested, I'm putting coil springs on the front as well as 1.5" spacers, new rubber bump stops, and custom intake. That should be it unless I get finished early I might make ladder bars for the rear axle. I was thinking about Sunday, and maybe we could head off to dinner when it gets dark. I've got a shop, we could do wrenching on anything else anyone wants to bring? Let me know if anyone's interested, I'll be doing all this in south Fort Worth.

Matt, I agree with you. [laugh] I leave early Thursday morning, but I will be back sometime Saturday evening. I might able to do something Saturday night or on Sunday afternoon. If I have time, Shelby and I might try to do the KDP fix on my truck.

No building shop this weekend. Here in a few months I'll have one over 4 times the size of what's here in FW. Hey Dawson! Come on over to FW, I know it's a ways, but we'll do all kinds of wrenching here, I've got one friend coming from Mansfield already. Anyone's welcome. Let me know and I'll give out an address, or I'll give it to Matt and ya'll convoy over!

Ok guys.
Matt's got directions to my place, I'll be starting it at 12pm. I'll have some drinks in a cooler, radio, bring anything else you want(I just ask that no alcohol is brough, thanks), we'll try and head to dinner after whoever wants to. Might even try to do some other things to the truck, de-badge it, either install some lights or wire it at least and drill some holes in the bed(wanna put more led clearance lights on it, maybe some in the bumper too)
Like I said, everyone's welcome, I have most all tools, but bring your own if you're working on your truck, just incase. Thanks!!!!
