So how hard is this. On paper doesn't sound bad. Any tips or advice. Thanks

It isn't really that hard to do. The machanic said it should be 2-3 hours, but I think I took about 4. The instructions aren't really that elaborate so I had to read things several times before I understood what it meant. If I had to do it again, I know I could do it in 2-3 hours though. Just sit down and read through all of the directions first. I did this and thought it would be easy, which it wasn't really that hard. Anyone can do it. If you would like some advice let me know.

it's not a bad install at all.. done in about 2 hours. Should be easier on a long bed than the shortbed I have, the FASS is pretty cramped on my truck.

The hardest part is drilling the holes for the mounting bracket and tightening the hose clamps. Everything else is a breeze.

Its not too bad, took me about 3 hours first time around.
Make sure to prep all parts for installation before starting.

the hardest part for me was getting the factory hose loose from the tank. That must have taken 1/3 of the whole job.

A 90* drill will speed the install of the mounting bracket. I pretty much had the directions memorized before it even arrived in the mail. Check it out on DPP's site.
Also, as others have done, I didn't use the quick connect at the tank, just straight hose, and two clamps.

The only thing I learned after doing mine was that you should unhook the stock fuel line from the injection pump before you unhook the stock fuel line from the tank. This allows much of the fuel in your lines to drain back into your tank rather than your work area. Just my 2 cents. Eric
