Today on the way to work my fuel pressure dropped to 0. I limped it for 3 minutes to the nearest roadside turnout to take a look. The fuse was blown so I replaced it with another 15 Amp fuse, it also blew. I checked all connections and they were good. The pump was way too hot to touch so I'm guessing it is the pump. Put in a 25 amp fuse and it started and is still running. I have the draw straw and the system is 1 year old. It's a 95 series/150 gal unit. The serial number is 292 so I'm wondering if it's the old motor because it's VERY loud. The fuel pressure has been very eratic the last month. I change both filter's 4 times since new as my company pays for them. I'm guessing it's the motor and it's drawing too many amps due to the fuses burning up??? It's also dripping something from the weeping hole on the bottom of the motor??? Hopefully Dan will chime in. I bought it from NADP in Edmonton Alberta, Canada. They will rush me out a new motor tomorrow if this is the problem????? Thanks guys..

Does your motor have the brushes? If it does, you might take them out and check/clean them.
