FASS fuel pressure

When I "bump" my starter to start my fuel pump pumping (without the engine running), my fuel pressure is right at 15 psi, which is normal.
What I am wondering is when the pump stops after the usual 10 seconds or so, the fuel pressure drops to 0 psi. Is this normal or should it stay at 15 psi?

It normal. Because the engine isnt sucking in and burning the fuel, it stops sucking/ pumping. When you start it, it fires right up right?
