FASS factory replacemnt pump is a joke!
So, i pull the old carter pump off, and start installing the "New" factory FASS stock replacement pump. I get to the end where i have to put the fuel line from the "Out" on the pump to the top of the fuel filter canister....and it doesnt line up. Its about 1 inch or so too short (Story of my life ) So, i called Vulcan and Eric said 10 minutes ago someone else called all sour having the same problem. I guess FASS overlooked this or something. HAs anyone installed one of these on a 99 and come up with a fix? Dont want the truck to be down to long waiting for a part from FASS...any ideas?
