Any FASS "savvy" fellows know how the wiring could be changed to have the unit run continuously while engine not running?
I'd like to recirc my fuel and warm it up before starting. It's a biodiesel thing.... :)
Cheers all,

FASS makes a pump for veggie oil. Has a stronger motor on it.

Hey fellas, I just want to bypass the time out and keep the pump running for 20 minutes or so. I realize there's some plumbing involved to make a loop, not a problem.
Diesel Dan if you're still on the forum it would be nice to hear from you :)

Find the FASS relay. Jumper wire it to a seperate switch. Just don't forget to shut it off and let the ignition operate it before cranking. I think it is the top and bottom of the T shape layout.
I plumbed the FASS pump to my heater hoses and use the block heater to keep the fuel warm.

What you will want to do is take the trigger wire control from the ECM and move it to something else...like a timer. More or less you will be using our schematic for our hard start fix and use the trigger connection of your choice.... Many thanks for the info guys,
Dan, I notice you burn BD neat as well. Any issue with the blue FASS fuel lines?
Mine are all tacky and soft on the outside, actually you can pull the outer layer off to the braid no problem....maybe it's the undercoating/rust protection oil spray......
Ya I know...just hijacked my own thread.

My lines are not too bad yet...im going on about 1/2 year on the B-100 stuff....and they had about 4 years on them before that! haha....the line is not the best for Bio..but it will hold up for a while.
Im going to be converting to bio compliant line here before too long. I have a dealer that already has it in house im going to get some from.
Ill PM you the info if you wish?
