PSI is about 16ish...varies from truck to truck slightly. Flow is about 42 GPH. We measured the stock Carter on our flow meter at 20 GPH give or take depending on what line size we used (Stock or 3/8's). So far so good other than some minor fitment issues on the 98.5-'00 trucks (Hard feed line from pump to filter needs to be cut and lengthened slightly)....but its easily rectified.

Hi Dan, Got it running today. It is running, but I don't feel comfortable with the way the line is spliced. Don't you have a prebuilt line to switch out? I am sure I will end up pulling over every 30min or so to check for leaks. If I had this line I would consider this a great pump. I could not get the warning light to even shudder, which I haven't seen in a while.
Let me know about the line.
Thanks,
Jesse

I disagree with the cutting and the fuel line option. Fass should not sell this product as "Stock Replacement" and not telling anyone it doesnt fit without cutting. I would have upgraded if i knew this problem. .....also, there is no screen in the pump, where it says so in the instructions there is one included.

You must have one of the first runs of the pump. The first 10 or so went out without the screen...the issue has since been found and addressed. If you need one, I can get one in the mail…PM me your address.
I can tell you if we were aware of the stock line issue, it would have been addressed in the installation manual. This was a last minute issue that popped up after the release of the pump. It is my job to figure out the best way to solve these problems and make suggestions accordingly.
Other than the BBRK-1001 kit, cutting the stock line and splicing with a rubber fuel line section is our only option at this moment. We are currently working on other options and I will make everyone aware of them when we have them available.

Hi Dan, I feel the same as Scotty.* I don't want to bash on a (to be) great product, but I would like to talk.* I feel spending my Thanksgiving weekend, the only two days in a row I have had off in 4 months, figureing out how to adapt a so called direct replacement part for my exact make and model, and about $50 trying different configurations, with a wife wondering why I don't spend time with her instead replacing a part that was supposed to take 30 minutes entitles me to a little screen and the correct line.
P.S. My PM is turned on.

Fass Ddrp
Dan can you also pm me with info on the ddrp system for my 1999 cummins with auto trans. I would like the info on the line issue if you have it figured out. I'm needing a lift pump and injection pump and ready to buy today but now I have a concern with the lift pump.

diesel dan, do you offer any type of bracket to mount the fass ddrp on the inside of frame rail? I have an airtex mounted with Vulcan big line kit on inside of frame rail. this is second airtex and I don't trust them. Thanks. I need pump and bracket.

We just wanted to release a stock replacement pump at this time. Differant applications might come out in the future...but i have no word on that yet.
