FASS Choices
I've been looking at purchasing a FASS, and was curious which system would be best, but find little to no help on any of the dealers' sites. Any help would be much appreciated.
97 2500, 5spd, 3.55's. Future mods (within the next few months) will include #10 plate, 4k gsk, afc spring kit, injs, and turbo.
Thanks,
-Steve

Here is the link to our systems we offer and the install instructions....
I would suggest one of the 1010@45 PSI kits.
FASS 150/90-1010@45psi if you are not going to get too carried away with fueling mods
and
FASS 150/180-1010@45psi for anything else........
The 1009 kits work with the stock LP. They are a good kit if you wish to keep your mechanical pump in line.
I would suggest one of the 1010@45 PSI kits.

Seeing I can't send you a P.M. Dan, my pump is very loud. I have installed the pick up tube and this didn't quiet it up. Everything else works very well exept for the noise. My serial number is 292 and it's a 95/150 system. Do I have to send my pump away or can I fix it myself??? My truck is driven for work everyday and I can't afford to have it sit for 2 weeks. What are my options??? Thanks Dan....

I was looking at the 1010 @45psi kits, and just wasn't sure which one to go with. Would there be any negative side to running the 150/180 system. Since its only about a $40 difference? If it leaves the ability to upgrade in the future I'd prefer to go that route, but if I'm going to run into problems running only injectors, #10 fuel plate, 4kgsk, and maybe some dv's, I don't want to chance it.
Thanks for your help.

Just to let you kow the 180gph 45psi FASS has turned my 60 gallon tank into a 40 gallon (at best) tank! If I run below 1/4 tank (20 gallons remain) the truck will, and has died. I have heard from people with stock tanks the same applies to them. I am not happy at this point at all with my decision to spend the big dollars for the end all fuel system!!

Improper installation will net you the result you are seeing. I know for a fact that Brads truck (I have driven it) will run it way down past the fuel light. I only did this because of the 100 extra gallons in the bed i could put in if needed. He has an aftermarket 50 or 60 Gallon tank (Not sure what it is and how much exactly...but its not stock). If you didn’t set the tube up like the below pics...you might want to readjust. You cant not run your tank dry with this set up...but if you lost 20 gallon worth of fuel, something is not right. I tell people to look for fuel when the Fuel light comes on.....
