fan

i have an 03 model does anyone know at what temp the fan kicks in at

i just pulled a 6% grade for 5 miles towing a 9k camper with the air on

the temp gauge went to about 210 and i never heard the fan kick on

did it not get hot enough for the fan to kick on because on my 02 pulling the same hill you would hear the fan roar

does the computer control the fan or does the temp control the fan

The computer controls the fan. On the big hiway trucks they are at 205. On my truck I don`t here it go fully on lots ,unless the A/C or the defrost is on and I`m not moving.
