factory high idle/3cyl warmup
Well, the 3 cyl warmup up sure works good, truck warmed up to operating temp today, is -20 celcius outside, so it definatly makes some heat.
The question for yall I have is
1) how can we simulate the cold reading that the computer gets, that it uses to initiate the high idle/3 cyl warmup??
Couldnt we just take a reading off of the sensor that supplies the data, at a cold enough reading to start the high idle or the 3 cyl warmup? Then compare readings to which the sensor does not initiate the warmup features...Then put an inline oh resistor or whatever that is switchable, that will alter the readings?
Kinda like the boost fooler, cutting back the reading to read a certain amount regardless?
What do you think about that?
