Factory Dodge tow mirrors 2nd gen???

I have an 02 and I thought I had seen factory Dodge Ram mirrors that would manually pull out for towing. Have you guys seen the mirrors that I'm talking about, and who makes them?
Thanks
Jim

I have the Kool-Vue and I really like the setup. It looks OEM, flip out when I need it, and is powered so adjusting them isn't a PITA.

Hi Jim

Have a look at the write up I did installing the Kool-Vue's on my truck.

You can order OEM replacement towing mirror that swing up into place for towing. The aftermarket mirrors that swing out are junk IMHO. They vibrate and shake at freeway speeds making it hard to see.

Here is the OEM Mopar part number....note, these are NOT power mirrors as Mopar doesn't make them, just this manual version, so if you have power mirrors....you won't after you install these:

1 - 82206157

I got mine for around $325 through a local dealership.

I've got the kool-vues and they are good, they don't shake unless I'm going over 70 into a headwind and they are power and heated. THey fit perfectly and are very effective when flipped out. You will need to get the backer plates if you do not already have the Dodge manual flip outs, the control switch and a heater buttoned A/C control panel. If your truck is an SLT or Laramie Plus its probably already got all the wiring and connectors in it.

If they are shaking, get your tires balanced!
