F1' s finally here
Finally got my injectors back from formula 1. They are going to put them back in on monday. I am excited to get the truck going again. Its has been parked since july, no money to injectors. Had them pulled out middle of october, sent them away Oct 14 got them back Dec 16. I think this is a prettry good xmas present.

I was told they ran out of nozzels and to get the parts they were short was two-four weeks.I was told they could rework mine but I wanted to start out with 100% of f1 injectors.I was not in a rush,in more of a rush now to get them in to see what they are like. I have read nothing but good things about formula 1. It has been a slow process but everyone has been great to deal with.

i hate to pop youre bubble but i just put a set of flux 2's in my 03 and couldnt hardly tell any diff in power...i jerked them back out and sent them back to Don and he's gonna upgrade them to either flux 3.5's or 4's....not sure yet how big..(any info on that would be great)???but they may work better for youre truck..who knows...i hope they do for you

I was under the impression, and why i'll end up getting flux 1-1.5s, that the injectors by themselves arent a huge power maker (at least the small ones)...but that they offer the following:
- Stronger than stock - e.g. can put up with increased pressure loads
- Smoother at idle
- More efficient spray pattern maximizes what fuel is dumped in the motor
- When used with a programmer and supporting fueling mods (CP3,
FP)..allow more fuel faster to support more power..e.g. can support heavy
duration and / or fuel pressure from say Smarty TnT...resulting in better
low end / turbo spool and better overall power as more fuel is making it to
the motor faster
So if i'm remotely close to correct above, wouldnt it stand that if used with stock fueling that the differences would be minimal (smoother, more efficient yes), but the stock fueling map is still just sending the same amount of fuel with or without injectors?....hence, no major power / boost differences ?
Maybe i'm missing the boat, so please correct me if i'm wrong....as after i get my turbo / arson installed...next on the list is a set of F1.x's...and i'd like to know why the he!! i'm getting them! :-)

I have run Flux nozzle that are SMALLER than OEM and they made 75 hp over stock injectors with a little programing.
I have no idea how you could say Flux 2's are no different than OEM's.
Did you have any electronics on? Lift pump? Defueling?

In my case it was a bad Floor-It stg 2 pump, that I installed the same time as the injectors. It made more power than stock, but topped out at 520hp. I put another stock pump on, and it cracked 600hp. My pump is back at floor-it right now. Rail pressure would drop to 8k at more than 3/4 throttle with any additional duration (Smarty).
