ETR PERFORMANCE 100% dissatisfied
I had bought a turbo for a buddy through them and they had been giving me the ran around. I had bought the turbo two and half weeks ago it took two weeks to get the turbo and after the first week it took two days to get the tracking number. Turn out they finally on the second day of calling them they finally gave me a tracking on the turbo. They just sent it out that evening and they forgot to send the downpipe it had came with the deal. The truck is a 02 so it needed a downpipe. So I call them they said it will be right out this was on tuesday. So I call them back and told them I would like this overnighted as long as it took and the women said she would. I waited to yesterday to call because I have not recieve it and it took all day to get it the tracking number. They told me it has been sent out the guys that does the shipping is gone to lunch. They would never call me back. Finally about 7:00 last night they call me with the tracking number and I had look it up and it just got sent out last night. I am ####. They have poor service. Just figure yall would like to know about this

Did you get a receipt? I ordered a fass kit and in order to get the six year warranty you have to get something called a receipt or something? So i called fass and told them the story and they told me yes you have to have a receipt. How is that fair they didnt send one, why is it my job to call them and ask for a receipt? When i go to mcdonalds, walmart, the gas station they always give me a receipt, and i dont spend nowhere near 700 dollars there. So i called them 3 weeks ago, sure no problem we will send you one. WOW it still hasnt shown up. What a surprise! Maybe they are walking it to me to show me how much they care. Problem is you only have 30 days to fill the warranty paper out and get it turned in. So i am glad i am not the only one ****** off at them.

I fill stupid not from order through my buddy bodie armstrong performance but my buddy did the deal so all I had to do was call and give them my card number he didn't have a card big enough so he gave me the cash. That is the last time I will do business with them. Armstrong is a whole lot better then them.

I tried to buy from them a couple of months ago. I couldn't even get them to return my calls or emails about possibly buying a built transmission. I feel that if you can't get good service before you open your wallet, just imagine how bad it will be after the sale.

There is absolutely no communication from them when it comes to calling you back with any status of your purchase, I have stopped buying from there as they are going downhill in the customer service department.

I ordered my 5 inch flo pro exhaust from them it only took a week for delivery. But the sent me a kit of a short bed truck I called and they wanted me to pay for the extension pipe!!! I have since forgotten there number and will never look for it

friend asked me what box to get for his '06 i said "tst if you want to tune on the fly ... smarty for simplicity and scan tools ... anything but a banks"
he bought a banks from ETR ...
showed up at the garage ...
and was upset because he got the underhood "box" but not the selectable switch that mounted in the cab ...
they wanted 150$ additional ...
he asked if the tst included the in cab connections ...
i told him he got what he paid for ... screwed by a disreputable company

Take this however you want to. But maybe if you had proper English/correct grammar, you would be easier to understand. Have you ever heard of a thing called a "period"? Or maybe you were in such a hurry to type, you just ran improper sentences together?

ya no kidding this is not english class who cares? I hate it when ppl want to correct everything you say. it gets really old. Ive bought a few things from etr because they used to be really cheap on their prices. I bought exhaust thru them one time that was junk. the kit was stated to be flo pro but it was city muffler? the kit fit up really badly and the pipe was about trashed
