Espar kit Dodge
I had the exact kit installed this weekend,The price was
2163.99 installed. The mechanic took a little over 6 hours to install.
Really clean job, well appointed kit, works great.
retail on the kit was approx 1450.00 canadian.
It's made in Germany, search eberspacher?
It was sold by Peterbilt dealer in Lethbridge ,Alberta.

Have you contacted the Swedish affiliate? I would think they would be able to get you on. http://www.eberspaecher.pl/page.php/1/0/news/

Not sure if you have access to order directly from Dodge, if so you can get this from their accessories catalog

There is a sort of harness which fits into the existing wiring.
To run the cabin heater you simply turn the heater to defrost,
turn the fan speed up and then turn off the engine.
The Espar will run the defrost fan,you are really going to love this unit.
Your truck sort of sounds like it has a little gas turbine APU in it,I run
mine 1 hour, which seems like the default setting.I am almost anxious
to try it at -30c to see , so far I consider it money well spent.

Cabin Fan
I get conflicting information from the reseller and the tech folks at Espar regarding the harness for the fan. The reseller tells me there is no harness included in the kit for my truck (06 2500) and I have to wire into the existing fan plug and install a separate relay which he says is not included. But the technical department at Espar gave me a part number for the Dodge kit and says the harness to connect the heater is included. I also looked at the PDF file on the Espar web site for Dodge Ram Aftermarket Kit, 2003 MY-2006 MY, dated 11-01-05 and if this information is still current it appears there is a harness is included. What year is your truck? Thanks.

My trucks an 06 2500,QuadCab.I did not install the unit, but the
heater did have a wiring harness in the box.Looking under the
hood I think I can see the harness,it's a kind of block that plugs
together into the existing wiring, works well anyway.
Really a treat to climb into a warm truck.
