Hey i have a 2000 dodge ram 3500 5.9 diesel truck

I want the edge performance in cab adjuster and i think my lift pump and injector pump are gone. The truck works but when u first turn it on it runs to 2000 rpm and once it heats up its fine. What do i replace so this dosnt happen again . Rebuild the injector pump and buy a performance lift pump??

 

try installing a new lift pump but 0216 is a bad code to get 0234 is an over boost piers or blue chip diesel will help you out also get a fuel pressure gauge asap so you can keep an eye on the LP. bummer man
