Engine won't crank

Ok, I got everything back together... I think. Turn the key but not much happened...no cranking. The lift pump sounds very weak but I'm thinking that is just air in the lines.

Also, when I first turned the key on I rolled the windows down... but now they won't go back up. So I don't know what's going on... but it's late, I'm tired, and whatever it is can wait 'til morning.

Any ideas on where to start looking?

Weak batteries or bad grounds. Check where the box feed goes to the drivers side battery, its been sitting maybe lost contenuity.

Batteries are new and I cleaned/sanded all the grounds before hooking them up.

try using jumper cables , jumping the ground side 1st ,from battery to starter body , try key ,if no responce then jumper wire at solinoid ing. wire to batt. +, if no responce then jumper cable batt.+to cable on solinoid try key , if still no responce then start over ,load test batteries .
