engine starts differently after wreck
Does anyone have info on this before I take it to my insurance?
My 2001 2500 Dodge Cummins was hit on the passenger front side pretty hard when a guy ran a stop sign. The front corner, the axle, steering box and some suspension stuff was replaced/repaired. Now my truck doesn't start right. It turns over more than it used to and it seems like it floods out if I am not careful sometimes??
I put new batteries in it but that didn't help. Has anyone had weird ignition (I don't know if ignition is the correct way of stating it) problems after a front passenger corner impact?
Thanks in advance for any input.

check the grid heaters and relays. you can check the codes which might clue you in also. if for some reason your lift pump is getting full power before startup that too would cause it, as would a leaky fuel line.

Okay, so I was put on a test run. I changed my fuel filter and plugged my truck in overnight. Well, **** it started much easier. Then when I drove it around today it started pretty close to normal every time until the end of the day. It has been warmer and maybe plugging my truck in is the tell tale sign of something. I think I might look at the heater plates that are being discussed on this same site...
Thanks, if any input.

Fuel Grid/relay service instructions
Does anyone have the instructions (pictures) to inspecting/changing the fuel grid heaters/ relays. How hard is it to replace these items?
I think this is my problem. It starts great on a hot day or when I have it plugged in overnight. If I don't plug it in at night, it starts rough on a cold morning.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
