Engine Hours/Mileage
Just wondering what kind of hours you guys are putting on your truck compared to your mileage?
So far I have 14,469 miles with 474 hours which equates to 30.5 mph. I drive mostly highway but I suspect I may be putting on a few hours when idling causing my overall fuel mileage to decrease. Not complaing just wondering.
BTW, my fuel mileage increased quite a bit after 10,000 miles.

First tire rotation and oil change was at 5,235 miles and 146 hours. I plan to track hours at every oil change interval, too.

Turn the key on, not start, hold the trip meter button down for about 4 seconds and it shows up. Just like it says in the "owners" manual :

I checked the hours on mine (29) and pressed the button again by mistake and it cleared the hours. I guess you can reset it just like the trip odo.

Not sure. I will check to see if my hours have gone up since I last checked them. It did go back to 0. I was using the button on the dash and not the trip computer.
