Engine flash question

My engine bay has no stickers ANYWHERE that would indicate my truck has been flashed. It does not have high cruise control high idle, the reverse honking, and a few other things I've seen you guys mention. Is it safe to assume it probably has one of the older flashes that exhibited poor mileage? I'm thinking about taking my truck to the dealer to get the latest flash in search of some better mileage until I can get a smarty, and was trying to decipher whether or not it's worth it.

just bring it in for the honk flash and they will have to flash it with the latest software to do the honk recall flash, the cruise high idle is an optional tsb they may or maynot charge u for if u ask them to do it.
