i need a new rotor for my truck, i know they said the rotor wasnt off a dodge, i think a 1 ton ford but what year and exact make and model? anyone know? any one had problems with these? it ate up my warn hub too.

the rotors I used for my hub swap were from a 1979 Ford F-350. As for the lunched warn hub how long were they installed for? were they installed correctly? did you leave one of them locked?, they are a pretty bullet proof design, and were used for a lot of years on all three manufactures trucks.

it wasn installed correctly but that one did get locked in by a kid 2 or 3 times without my knolege. would that of messed it up? did you do the ems kit?

No not the ems kit, but a friend of a guy I work with did and they managed to cross all the parts of the ems kit to what ford parts were used. I will be installing mine today. As for the lockout being engaged ya that could destroy them and other axle parts. I found this

Hub problems may be indicated if a buzzing noise is heard in two-wheel mode shortly after operating in four-wheel drive. This may occur if one of the hublocks fails to disengage. As the vehicle moves forward, the hub that failed to disengage will rotate its axle shaft through the differential and attempt to rotate the other axle shaft in the opposite direction. This is called differential motoring torque. As one axle shaft attempts to turn the other axle shaft through the differential, that shaft's hublock will attempt to engage causing a ratcheting or buzzing noise. They go on to say if this is the cause replace them both.
