What else can I REALLY do to add a few MPG's

So I have done everything I can think of with what I have. I drive very conservatively like there is an egg under the throttle, and cruise between 60-65MPG on the highway. I am averaging around 19.5 (hand calculated) combined. I still think there is more though. This is what Ihave done so far:

1. Drive very conservatively
2. run an EDGE EZ
3. Tires inflated to 80PSI
4. Have HRVP44 (mileage went up after that was installed)

So now comes the questions. Will bigger injectors really help me see better MPG? How about running one of those Fitch fuel catalysts? Would switching to a different chip like the Quad Adrenaline work better than the Edge EZ (besides the power add) Thanks for any input...

You could try a new IAT sensor, it bumped my mileage from 17 to 18.5 MPG. It cost me about 20 bucks from a Case IH dealer It was $25 from Cummins.

I got a free sample of a LubeGaurd product almost one year ago. I added it to my oil change and got an honest 1.2 mpg better. I changed the oil and didn't add the product and my mileage went back down. I don't know what it sells for but if it adds up, I am going to buy it for my next oil change.

Here's the link.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I don't necessarily think I should see better...I just think that there is more to be had. I have an open airflow intake now as well as a 4" exhaust, airflow doesn't seem to be the restriction. I was just curious if injectors or a different box might help a bit.

If you don't have an air dam put one on. If you have one I've heard a larger one will improve airflow.

Leveling out your truck should help as well as adding a bedcover.

from what has been stated in the past, yes aftermarket injectors can add mpgs, however going to big will kill your mpgs
I've heard the DD1 &2 are good as well as the Mach 1 & 1.6(best).
They state more holes and improved spray angles net more power and better atomization of fuel=better mpgs.

I will never understand why everyone always says bigger injectors kill mileage. I heard it from everyone I know and every old school mechanic friend of mine that I was going to screw myself by putting mach 6's in my truck and that I was going to lose so much mileage.
Long story short, if I don't drive like my tailgate is on fire I can't tell the difference in mileage. I surely didn't lose any that I can tell

To me its all about rpm's. On mine the sweet spot is about 1,300 rpm's. Once I get over that its down hill.

A couple years ago there was a guy on one of the Ford sites with a F350.
He kept trying things in pursuit of better MPG. His biggest gain was from lowering the whole truck. But that's not always practical.
I installed my EZ and injectors at the same time, mileage went up but I don't know how much each helped.

I hear 2wd's get better mileage because they ride lower to the ground, reducing drag. I bet they are a little lighter too.

no matter what you do w/the truck and any aftermarket product there is always a point when you cross the line of diminishing return. At some point, w/larger injectors you will loose mpgs. Your adding more fuel to the equation.
