what else can i do to get more rpms

so far ive pulled my truck 3 times and each time i get a 280-285ft. in the work stock class. my question is what can i do to get more rpms outta this thing. right now i have 4gsk 60lb valve springs, ddp 140s, full cut dvs, 16.5 timing, htt 35/40, and on the last pull i removed the fuel plate to see if that would help a little. my truck is a 97 5 sp w/3.54 rear end and a 3850 dd sbc. my truck usually holds about 2600 rpm down the track in 2nd gear 4x4 hi and it kinda gives up at the end...i tried 3rd gear 4x4 low and held 3400rpm and still got 280ft...id like to hold about 3400+ rpm in 2nd gear 4x4 hi....how can i achieve this ? gonna try a 14cm exhaust housing for tomorrow night to see if that helps any....thanks for the help guys!

more air. your turbo is limiting your high rpm power which seems to be where you want the increase. you may not see too much more rpms pulling with a 4kgsk because of the load. a housing will improve flow and decrease back pressure which will help. work stock will obviously limit your turbo choices. bumping timing up will also help but the rest of your engine biuld needs to be setup to handle the increased pressures. preping the head properly will allow you to run your setup to its max until you burn something up with all that fuel.
