Electric Fan Clutch

Is the fan actually cutting the wires or is it though chaffing? I would make sure the wires isn't rubbing against the radiator. I added a little rubber spacer between the fan shroud and the radiator to prevent the wires from chaffing in that area (very bottom of the radiator).

It should. Have to get under the truck and look up to see it.
Loud,
Kelley15 is having a similar issue with cut wires. Are you driving through high water or something?? Might have to tie wrap the wires to the radiator.

Here is my thread on it. Glad it was under warranty. The dealer replaced the clutch and wiring.
