What EGT at shut-down?????
What EGT temperatures should I be looking for at shut down. I can program my Attitude to either shut down after a predetermined time or at a particular temperature. Currently I have it at 450 degrees.

Just like he said... You can actually raise the throttle slightly to move some air thru the system and it cools down a little quicker than just leaving it idling.
If I am in a rush I will hold RPM at 1000-1100 for several seconds until I see the temp start to drop and then let off and the temp usually drops quick after that.

10-4 on shutting the AC off. I forgot about that. I try to turn the AC off a little prior to getting to my destinations. The air usually stays cool for a short amount of time after shutting it off.

250*-300* works for me, and the way I drive with this $4.79 fuel its usually at 225* so no waiting needed.
Bumping the rpms for a few seconds really helps... more air and more oil
