How is Edge with twins, dual cp3,90 horse injectors

I plan on going to twins, dual cp3 and 90 horse injectors and I was wondering how the hot edge with attitude works with all that? I know the Smarty on here is a favorite but I like the on the fly adjustability of the edge guages and safety of the edge. What is the best non programmer for this setup? What is the approximate baseline horsepower of say ats twin setup, dual cp3 and 90 horse injectors....with studs, tranny and lift pump I think this is a reliable spot I would feel comfortable at.

I would say the TST would be better than the Edge for your setup. I've ran both along with a few other setups and it seems with what you're looking at doing that the Edge would reduce your potential. I'd think with your future setup you'd be sitting around 6-650 HP

I dynoed with a friend with 120's, edge hot, bd twins, and he hit 686. Then we put my smarty on and I said watch this, ... 686. Not even a pony. The egt's were better but still the same power. I would try it and see how you like it. Every truck is different though. I know that the dual cp3's would be best, but for 90's you can get a stage 1 or 2 and never have a problem. Or even a diy mod will handle them.

It will work, but... The Juice/Attitude has limits and not really any adjustability when you get to that level. It also ran hotter on mine than TST or downloaders. I agree with icaad if you want an plug in box controller the TST R49 is the best out there. If you don't want to optimize the mods, the HOT Juice/Attitude is a viable option.

But if you are spending that much on high hp mods I would try other options and the Smarty will normally run more efficiently and cooler even if it doesn't give higher max hp numbers.

Look like we both are going throught the same process. I want to do basically the same setup as you are think about. I am running a Edge and I like the adjustability of it. I think i will continue with it after get twins just because i already have it. however, starting to get the smarty bug!!! lol

He made a few runs. Then he made a run with smarty on 9, then with both and still 686 every time. He had 120 stix, tow twins and dual cp3's so I don't know what maxed but something did to get the exact numbers with different programming like that. The smarty will keep your temps down without a doubt, and I think they fuel harder and smoother down low. In my opinion is a better programmer, but edge can be used if you are on a budget and watch your MECHANICAL guages.

I have driven several buddies trucks with an edge and then driven my TST and I like the TST hands down. The Edge is an alright product but the new TST with Timing adjustments as well as the the different TQ and HP setting making dialing the new stuff in for various level. Last I looked the edge and TST where about the same price.

Fine it put out he same power, but how does it drive on the street? It is not about absolute power on the dyno, it is how you get there. IMO the Edge drives like crap. Smarty is as smooth as it gets and I agree it is better. I think most people will find that they don't need to shift on the fly. If they know they are going to dneed to lower the power for towing or whatever than they take the 5 mins to drop the SW.
