Edge releases the 600 Juice with Attitude TODAY!
I just talked with Justin at Edge Products. He told me that they released the 600 Edge Juice with Attitude Today! Yahoo! Bad note is, Justin said the HP rating is 40 to 100! However, from what Aaron had told me before, they will be offering an "Off-Road" version which you will have to sign a wavier to get.
Now the waiting game again for the 555 Juice with Attitude! Hopefully in a month! I hope the HP is where my Beta model was! I dyno and the Juice with Attitude for the 555 gave me 133 HP increase!

That might not be that bad. The 130hp (100hp dyno verified) VA duration box that I play with will get up and go pretty good, just too darn hot without timing. For those of us with abnormal trucks that can't/won't run the TST because of the constant misses and sputters we get, this may just be the trick. Dollar wise, I have a feeling it is going to be a little expensive for the power gain you get. You figure an adjustable timing/duration box for the towing crowd that wants to stay away from pressure......this will be right up their alley. Throw in a set of EDMs for a wicked daily driver, then stack with pressure for race day. The ticket will be if/how much timing they were able to do.

I heard from Aaron today after my initial post. He said that and I quote him:
"Please remember we will have a free HOT JUICE upgrade. I think you will find the Juice to run real smooth and it uses less fuel to create the same amount of power as other modules out there. I will go into more detail later. Please don't give up on us." and "by the way the HOT will be much better than your first BETA box. TRUST ME!"
Now he really has me excited!

deere nut,
You can set the Juice w/Attitude to defuel and whatever temperature you want. When I tow with it, I would run either 2x5 or 3x5 (depending on the terrain) and set it to defuel at 1200 degrees. It is great for towing!
The highest EGT's I have experienced is about 1460 on 5x5 with just the Juice. Right now I don't have the Beta, I sent it back to be upgraded the end of July and then Edge put the 555 Juice aside and went full steam into the 600 Juice. I hope Edge will have the 555 Juice completed in a month or so.
Now this next infor I'm going to share with you, I am pulling out of my not so good memory. If I remember right, even when you set the Attitude to the highest defueling setting which is I think 1500, you can over-ride this setting by pushing a button twice (I can't remember which button without looking at it), anyway this would over-ride the defueling for a choice of 1 minute or, I think it was 5 minutes (not sure about the 5 minutes). But anyway, if you were going to race someone, you can over-ride the defueling.
The Attitude also has a memory for highest numbers, example: Highest EGT's, Highest Boost, etc. It keep them in memory and you can recall them for reference or delete them if you want.

I have been very patiently waiting and supporting Edge on this, but I got to say that they fact that they are skipping on the 555 and makings us wait is a bunch of BS. Very disapointing in my mind. But I guess that is what you get when you own a 2 year truck...............
