bear with me, ive searched on here and found a few threads with similar problems, but there wasnt any real answers. I just put on a edge J/A, but havent put on the egt probe due to time/weather constraints. Just tooling around the neighborhood and came back home and im getting p0973 and p2769. Something about voltage low in the tranny. I have no idea what that means. also and im sure its related, it feels like all the low end acceleration and power is gone, i go to 40% throttle before i get any real response. The mid range and high end is definatley there, revs to 3000+ @70 mph(which cant be good). i adjusted all the settings to "most responsive" from "less smoke" and not much has changed. i have no idea as to what is happening, i knew i would have to save for a trans just not as soon as i put the thing on. any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I just installed mine. power is more than there. Its just that my EGTS climb like a son of a $%#@. I go from 400 to 1300 in like 4 seconds flat and like 30 psi boost. Im contacting edge tommorrow

Sounds like your trans may be slipping. Is the truck just high revving with no movement?


Something's wrong there. You should definately be making more than 30 psi of boost. My truck made up to 43 psi with the Juice/Attitude.

feels like maybe its stuck in 3rd gear, and same here with the boost- it spools real fast and trips the alert(36lbs) everytime you get into the throttle. Have not had any trans probs in the past. I put the slip % on the attitude display but it says "N" or 0.0% all the time. I know very little about auto trans so any help is greatly appreciated...

Also, I have read on here about clearing codes, but do not fully understand. Autozone has a machine that clears the p codes? I was getting p0069 map sensor, checked the map sensor and the connection is good, and now the attitude wont even come on when i hit the key.

I sent an email to edge to see what they say, so hopefully I can get some help. I probably wouldnt have bought the box i i knew my ECm and trans were going to crap out before i even drove it

update your sig on what year, upgrades etc on your truck, we can't help if we don't know where to start, all i can tell you is i am running edge in both my trucks with no problems.

there ya go canadian, not much to it, but thats why im here, to learn. emailed edge on monday and no respone yet. I bought the unit second hand and when i got it some of the wires had been cut.(no egt probe, ground cut.) which was no problem but im thinking maybe something is wrong with the guts of the box. i dont mind paying some $$ for edge to upgrade/service/fix it, cause i got a great deal compared to the retail price. Just bummed that my anticipation for the edge has left me hangin....

sounds like you are in limp mode.
set your safety parameters higher to avoid de-fueling.
